It's fun and it works.</B></I></FONT></div> <bR> <div> Exercise to Discover Your Own Answers</div> <bR> <div> Be Your Own Guru</div> <bR> <div> You can use small squares of paper to disco v er answers to your indi v idual concerns.  Keep a list of things you find yourself worrying about and put each concern down on one of these little (post-it note size) squares of paper.  When you ha v e four or fi v e or so written (take as much time collecting them as you like), fold each of them two times, so they all look alike.  Then put them, hopefully, inside some whimsical little container or whate v er you may ha v e that's con v enient.  Put the lid on the box, shake, open the box, and take out one.  Sit where you can be quiet for 10 or 15 minutes or so, and with eyes closed, holding one folded little paper in your hands, see what images, words, scents, colors, lights, feelings, memories, songs, lightness, darkness, anything at all, may comes into your mind.  Then write down each thing you get on another larger piece of paper.  When the images, etc. stop coming to you, open the small folded piece of paper (called in Spiritualism a billet), and see which concern is written there.  </div> <bR> <div> Spend some minutes considering what your spiritual mind is trying to point out to you about this concern-is there a yes or no answer?-is there advice about what to do?  Do you see any parallels, any support for ideas you have had about what should be done, are there any memories that come up for you that might suggest an answer, or just play with this--write down what it seems to you this exercise is showing you.  Don't worry if you only have a vague feeling of stop or go, yes or no and nothing else.  Don't worry if you have nothing at all.  </div> <bR> <div> The next time you try the exercise, there will probably be much more coming into your physical mind from your spiritual mind.  Be very patient with yourself, do this as you would do a job, just plod along with it, but get it done.  Don't worry, just get what you get and write it down and think a little while about what it might mean for you about your concern.  Then wait a space of time, maybe until the next day, and try again with a new piece of paper (billet). </div> <bR> <div> Do this until all have been used up.  You should gradually get more "stuff" and be able to see more correlations as you get used to doing it.  Above all, don't really worry at all about any of this.  The exercise will, if nothing else, help your focus.  It's an exercise that has been tried with, sometimes, great results by many, many people.  It really has the potential to help you.</div> <bR> <div> As with most other psychic exercises, have fun with it, that will greatly increase the chance of being successful.  Almost everything works better when you're having fun.  Success achieving goals always comes in on a sea of "I don't care," as one positive thinking pioneer said and I'd tell you which one if I could remember her name…I think it's probably Catherine Ponder???
